Chris passed away peacefully on 30th May at University Hospital of Wales.
Devoted husband of Sue, beloved father of Claire and Donna, son-in-law to Jean, father-in-law to Nic, cherished grandad of Christopher, Brianna, Rhys and Ashley.
A celebration of life service will be held in Cardiff & Glamorgan Memorial Park on Tuesday 24th June at 11am.
Family flowers only, donations in lieu of flowers, if desired would be appeciated for Marie Curie
