Elizabeth Lillian Horn passed away 30th June 2024 aged 91 years.
Our amazing Mum, Nan, Nanny, Fifi and Nanny B. She was always there to listen, laugh and give advice to everyone and always showed her love for us all. Mum was so strong and determined with all of the challenges she has faced, especially in the last couple of years. We will all miss her so much.
