With sadness we announce the funeral service for Anthony who passed away at West Middlesex hospital on 30th September with his family close by.
He will be missed every day, but will live on forever in the hearts of all who knew and loved him
Please do join us to give thanks for his life and to say farewell.
We have requested family flowers only, but if you would like to, we have added a link for a Dementia charity should you wish to make a donation in his memory and leave a message.
