It is with great sadness, that as a family we have to announce the passing of Sam, on the 30th September, aged 38 years.
Sam was an adored son of Ian and Jacqueline. A much loved younger brother to Gemma and Ian and brother in law to Gary.
Most importantly, he was a cherished and devoted dad to his beautiful girls, Ellie and Kaila.
Sam was taken from us far too soon and will be forever loved and missed.
Please wear whatever you feel comfortable in, but if you are a Newcastle United fan, then please feel free to wear your Toon too
