Will family and friends please meet for a Service to commemorate Alan's life at Sunderland Crematorium on Tuesday December 23rd at 1:30pm
Donations, if so desired and in lieu of flowers, will be gratefully accepted by the family on behalf of The Great North Air Ambulance and a collection box will be provided as you leave the Crematorium.
