Peacefully at Kirkwood Hospice on the 31st of January, aged 74 years.
Dearly beloved wife of Terry, mum of Tom and Chris, treasured grandma of Evan and Leo and loving sister of Robert, Caroline, Richard, Helen, John and the late Peter.
A short service of committal will take place at Huddersfield Crematorium on Tuesday 4th March at 12.30, followed by a service of thanksgiving and celebration of Fay's life at Oakes Baptist Church at 1.15pm.
Family flowers only please.
Donations, in lieu, will be gratefully received for Kirkwood Hospice. A box will be available at the church.
