Kathleen, known as Kate, passed away peacefully in her sleep at her home in Frome, Somerset on Saturday 31st January age 73, after a valiant battle with illness.
All who knew Kate are welcome to attend the service, committal and reception. Full details are supplied below.
The reception venue will be open from 12.30pm onwards for those who may wish to head straight there after the initial service.
