Pam passed away at Northcott House Nursing Home on 31st March - aged 87 years.
She will be very sadly missed by her family, friends and all who knew and loved her.
Pam's funeral is taking place at Portchester Crematorium North Chapel on 1st May - 11.15am.
Donations, if desired in lieu of flowers, can be made to Naomi House and Jack's Place by sending a cheque direct to the charity - Stockbridge Road, Sutton Scotney, Winchester, SO31 3JE.
