Charmaine sadly passed away on Sunday 31st May, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend, she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
The Funeral will take place on Friday 26th June at 3pm in the Woodland Chapel at Westerleigh Crematorium, followed by the Wake at Mangotsfield Football Club.
Charmaine's family have requested a traditional black and white dress code.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Charmaine's memory to MacMillan and/or Marie Curie.
