Jeff passed away peacefully at Alban Manor Nursing Home, on Thursday 31st July, aged 87 years old, with his family by his side.
Beloved husband to Lyn, caring father of Tom and Beth and much loved Gramps to Bailey and Ted.
Jeff will be greatly missed by all of his friends and family.
