Susan Anne Graham
Sue passed away peacefully in Sycamore Care Home on October 31st aged 69 years, Beloved wife of Bob a much loved Mam, Nana, Sister, Aunt and Cousin, and special friend to many. Sue will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Please wear a touch of leopard print or sparkle in memory of Sue.
Donations in memory of Sue to Northeast Dementia Care,a donation box will be available as you exit the Crematorium Chapel.
