The family are sad to announce the passing of Mrs Jean Hannah Snook, on the 31st December 2024 aged 90years.
Jean will be greatly missed by her family, friends and all those who knew and loved her.
Donations on the day of the service can be made in Jean's memory to Alzheimer's Society.
