It is with great sadness that we announce that Brian "Cookie" passed away suddenly on
31st December 2025.  Dearly loved husband of Liz, loving dad of David, Peter, Alison and Claire,
father-in-law of Curtis and Andrew and devoted Granda of Orla, Lorcan and Otis.
A Celebration for the life of Brian will be held in the Europa Hotel after a private committal.
