In 2017, we received almost 25,000 responses from families we supported -the results continue to demonstrate the outstanding service that we consistently provide to our clients.
Reputation and Recommendation
We pride ourselves on helping people during one of the most difficult times of their life. In our most recent survey, 99.0% of respondents said that we met or exceed their expectations, whilst 97.7% of respondents said they would recommend us.
Quality of Service and Care
Dignity is committed to offering the utmost compassion and support to those who are facing what can be a very challenging time. We provide a professional 24 hour telephone bereavement support and counselling service for our clients and were the first organisation in the UK to be accredited the BSI Kitemark™ for Customer Service.
For the fifth successive year, 99.9% of respondents said they thought that we were respectful and 99.7% said that we listened to their needs and wishes.
High Standards of Facilities and Fleet
We have over 800 of our own fully trained and regulated Funeral Directors throughout the UK and over 400 more which we have carefully selected to meet the high standards we set for funeral services, facilities and care.
What's more, our specialist equipment, high quality hearses, and chauffer driven limousines provide clients with peace of mind that, when the time comes, their funeral will be delivered with care and unparalleled expertise.
For the fourth successive year 99.8% of respondents said that our premises were clean and tidy and 99.8% thought our vehicles were clean and comfortable.

For us, every funeral is unique and deeply personal; the little details matter to us just as much as they matter to you.
99.3% of respondents agreed that we fully explained what would happen before and during the funeral and 99% said the funeral took place on time. We are open and transparent about our prices and services and 98% of clients agreed, saying the final invoice matched the estimate.
