We support the family ...
At Simplicity Funeral Directors, at least one Funeral Director always remains on call outside of the normal opening hours. This means that someone will always be available to take your call, 24 hours a day.
Although care for the departed is a critical feature of the role, the support we provide for those left behind is of equal importance. All of our funeral directors have a duty of care, part of which is to reassure the family and help ease their burden. Those experiencing grief and loss will have choices to make when planning the funeral, and we aim to guide them in a way that makes this process as easy as possible.
