It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of the late Derek Hodges.
Derek was born and lived in Bradford all his life and worked at Mintex/BAA for the majority of his working life.
He was a true family man who loved his motorhome, camping, travelling, walking and had a great appreciation for reading, especially World War II books.
Derek leaves behind his beloved wife Joan, his loving daughters Julie and Joanne and his Son in law Trevor. .
Derek was also blessed with his wonderful grandchildren Jack, Rachael and her partner Phil and also his Great Grandchildren Arthur and Billy.
Derek will be greatly missed, a man who loved and was loved by all.
Derek's funeral service will take place on Tuesday 3rd June at Shay Grange Crematorium @ 12:45pm.
Family flowers only please. If you wish to make a donation in the memory of Derek it will be for the benefit of The Stroke Association and there will be a donation box situated at the exit of the Crematorium.
