Unfortunately, our experience with this funeral directors was extremely disappointing. At a time when our family was grieving the loss of our loved one, we expected compassion, understanding, professionalism and the highest level of care. Sadly, we did not feel that this was what we received.
We were particularly upset by the way our family was treated and spoken to throughout the process. When you lose someone you love, the last thing you need is to feel uncomfortable, unsupported or unhappy with the people entrusted to look after them. We expected kindness, sensitivity and respect, but unfortunately, that was not our experience.
We also found ourselves having to chase for information and updates, which added unnecessary stress to an already heartbreaking time. We felt that communication and support were lacking when we should have been able to trust the funeral directors to guide us through the process and keep us informed.
The most upsetting part is that we did not feel our loved one was receiving the level of care and attention he deserved, and we were deeply disappointed with the lack of consideration we felt was shown towards both him and his family.
Ultimately, we made the difficult decision to move our loved one to a different funeral directors because we felt this was what needed to happen for him to receive the care, dignity and respect he deserved. No family should have to make that decision during an already devastating time, but we felt it was the right thing to do for our loved one.
Entrusting someone with the care of a loved one is an enormous responsibility, and families should be able to feel confident that their loved one is in safe, respectful and compassionate hands. We unfortunately did not have that confidence, and the experience left us feeling let down, upset and disappointed.
Losing someone is heartbreaking enough without having to chase for updates, worry about their care or feel unhappy with how your family is being treated. We expected support and reassurance during one of the hardest times of our lives, and sadly, we did not receive the experience we had hoped for.
We would not recommend this funeral directors based on our experience. Every loved one deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion and respect, and every grieving family deserves to be treated with kindness and understanding. We only wish we had received that level of care from the beginning.

What a fantastic service. Krystle is a great asset to the company she made us feel so comfortable as we had never arranged a funeral before. She took all the stress out of the whole process and was respectful throughout. When I went to register my dads death and I told them who we were using she said “oh your in very good hands” and she was right.
