Martin sadly passed away in hospital on Sunday, 1st June, aged 76 years surrounded by his family.
Together again with his loving wife Carol.
Loving dad to Simon, father-in-law to Shantelle and grandad to Katie and George.
He will be sadly missed, but always in our hearts.
The funeral service will take place at St Faiths Crematorium on Thursday, 3rd July at 3.30 p.m. followed by The Cottage Thorpe.
Flowers welcome by 12 noon please, or donations for British Heart Foundation may be made at the service or online.
