Reviews of our services
Ursula was brilliant, making it all seem straight forward, she was very Professional, Empathetic and Friendly and Made my Brother and I feel at ease, we knew we were in good hands. With the Family using Gordon Barber in the past we knew we would be well looked after and they did not disappoint. All the staff were very nice, I spoke to Michelle a couple of times too and my queries were dealt swiftly and with courtesy, nothing was too much trouble.
Giving the, circumstances, overall a very good experience, Thankyou.
Not having arranged a funeral before I felt completely overwhelmed with what to do at the start, but the kindness and efficiency show by everyone and the help in dealing with everything were so much appreciated, and made a very difficult situation easier to cope with.
I had such positive comments from those people who attended, who said it was a lovely tribute to my mum and a very touching service. The flowers you arranged for us were lovely too! Just what we wanted.
I would also like to thank the staff who were present at the funeral for their support and how everything was conducted on the day. They were so kind and thoughtful and a great strength for me knowing that they were in charge and knew exactly what to do in a caring manner.
I am very pleased that I chose Gordon Barber Funeral Directors for my mum’s funeral.
There was not a single thing they had not thought of and all the staff were exceptionally sympathetic and gracious in there support of us as a family.
We were seen by the same member of staff on most of our visits which helps with continuity of care going forward.
I would very confidently recommend this funeral directors and thank them for all their care and support.

Michele was very efficient, kind and thoughtful with everything from start to finish and all went smoothly on the day.
The memory box and framed photo that I received at the end of the service were a wonderful surprise that brought a lump to my throat… I would highly recommend Gordon Barber, as they made a very hard time as painless and stress free as possible.
