It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clare Elizabeth Jones, who passed away peacefully on 1st July 2026 at the age of 47, in Ty Olwen Hospice, after a long battle with cancer.
Clare was a wonderful daughter to Lesley, a kind sister to Alison, and a loving mum to Sami, Finley and Summer.
Clare filled our lives with her joy of life, fun, kindness and empathy for others. She will be greatly missed and always loved.
The family kindly asks that guests wear smart attire with a touch of colour, in celebration of Clare's life.
Donations in Clare’s memory to the Ty Olwen Trust would be gratefully received.
