You don't have to make an appointment at our funeral homes. However, doing so will ensure that someone can be available to cater to your needs. When arranging a funeral, our Funeral Directors are happy to visit you in your own home, if required.
Third party funeral costs are additional charges which we will manage for you and attach to your single invoice. Get in touch with us to confirm costs and plan a funeral to fit your budget.
If you choose to arrange the funeral with us, you will be given the option of a complimentary Funeral Notice. We will set it up for you using the details discussed during the arrangements. All we need is an email address.
Dignity Funeral Plans let you pay for your funeral in advance and at today's price. It's a way of taking control of the unexpected, setting out the arrangements and limiting the costs by paying for the services included in the funeral plan upfront.
Reviews of our services
We were faced with two additional challenges; one was the pandemic and the other was the need to hold the funeral service and the burial in Leicester. Their support and managing of both of these resulted in the entire process taking place smoothly and without further distress. They anticipated every problem, were fully aware of every factor that needed taking care of and made the entire event so very much easier for us and far less stressful than we could have expected.
In addition, a few days after the funeral and burial had taken place, they contacted us to see if everything was OK and to check if we needed any further help and support.
It is impossible to imagine anything else that they could have done and we have nothing but appreciation for all their work. It was as if they were part of our family, sharing with us in the sadness of the events and in making everything fulfil all that we could have wished.
Many thanks for all your help and support

Service was personal and warmly delivered. The Ty-Hedd environment for a non religious service felt calm, bright and airy ( the antithesis of a dark foreboding church ). The facility to include a slideshow of photographs during the service added to the celebration of a life. Suzy was our main contact and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend Graham J Sullivan to anyone.
Emails were answered quickly and the notice for the local paper and booklets for the service were sent to see if we were happy with them. It was no problem when we requested a small change.
The whole process was handled with consideration for such a difficult time.
On the day of the funeral, it was all handled so well. Exeptional.
I had only one, little thing that I felt that could have been handled a little better. When it came time for me to complete payment for the funeral I rang to ask when it would be convenient for me to call. I understand that I could have paid online or over the telephone, but I had donation cheques that I needed to hand in also. First time I was told that I could come at any time that day. When I arrived, they were with a client and there was no one else to see me. Second time, I was told the same, that any time that would be fine, only to arrive when people were arriving for a funeral. When I did actually make the payment and hand over cheques, I just felt that this wasn't handled as sympathetically as our previous meetings, in an office with someone else working there too. It was still a time of a grieving process and perhaps I expected a bit more. Perhaps an appointment system might be better.
On saying that, I would have no hesitation in recommending Graham Sullivan's ( Dignity ) as I already have done.
