Jerry sadly passed away at Southmead Hospital on 2nd June 2026, aged 88
He will be loved and remembered always by his loving family and greatly missed by all that knew him.
The funeral service will be held on Tuesday 7th July 2026, 11:00am at Westerleigh crematorium in the Woodland Chapel.
Family flowers only.
Donations in memory of Jerry may be given at the service for Dementia UK
