Reviews for Roy Preddy Funeral Directors in Mangotsfield
On the day of the funeral everything was just as we had hoped. We were so pleased to see the respect given and how very well we as a family were supported.
I had engaged with the company 17 years previously for my fathers funeral and had always remembered the empathy and respect we had been shown then and I had no hesitation on choosing them again.
The detail and quality of the service from start to finish was perfect and seamless which was all down to the team at Roy Preddy.
I would highly recommend them.
Nothing was too much trouble. They made themselves available to answer all of our questions, and gave emotional support throughout.
Our experience, though sad, was made that much more bearable from the empathy we received every step of the way.
Were you to find yourself to be in need of this service, we would highly recommend Roy Preddys to anyone.
From the first meeting to the regular catch ups though the processes I can not fault them.
Sean did our service and again was fantastic.
I can not rate the service highly enough
They were amazing ;

They gave a reassuring and very personal service.
I would recommend them to anyone.
Many thanks especially to Caroline and Ross
After loosing my mum they guided and helped us through the process of organising a funeral.
They kept us well informed at all times and we were able to ask anything we needed to.
I think the best thing was I have a son with special needs and they made sure they included him which helped me and my family.
My mum would have loved that and it made a hard day bearable.
