Anne (Nan) sadly passed away peacefully at The Lodge Care Home in Hemel Hempstead, on Tuesday 2nd December, aged 95 years.
She will be dearly missed by her daughter Lindsay, her son in law Richard and her grandchildren Will, Jamie and Sophie.
