We highly recommend the Management and Staff of Malcolm Jones & Metcalfe Funeral Directors of Berkhamsted
From my first contact onwards, we have received a professional and caring service. The staff always made sure we understood our options and helped us with decisions.
The day of the funeral was faultless and the streaming service from the crematorium appreciated by those who could not attend.
For those struggling to find the right music or poem do use the Dignity website for ideas. We chose the poem ‘Come with me’ which everyone thought was so appropriate for my wife’s passing.
This was a difficult time but I think Malcolm Jones and Metcalfe are worth five stars especially as they had Covid 19 to contend with.
They were a great comfort when I went to visit my dad and could not have done anymore to make the heartbreaking and very difficult experience less traumatic for me - I will always be grateful to them.
He helped us through the process and made very useful suggestions that we hadn't thought of. His patience, understanding and professionalism was greatly appreciated and we can't thank him enough. We would highly recommend Malcolm Jones & Metcalfe.
I would have no hesitation in recommending both Dignity and Malcolm Jones and Metcalfe
