Jennifer Madeleine Booth, aged 82, passed away peacefully on 3 June 2026, surrounded by the love of her children after a courageous final week. Jo, Chris and Steve remained by her side throughout, holding her hand as she fought her illness with the same determination that defined her life.
Jennifer was a woman who refused to sit still. She loved to be active—whether riding horses or continuing her work at Lloyds well into her seventies. Fiercely brave and wonderfully stubborn, she held tight to her independence for as long as she possibly could. She was a loyal friend, an animal lover, and someone whose quiet strength left an impression on everyone who knew her.
She leaves behind her three children, nine grandchildren and two great‑grandchildren, each of whom carries a piece of her spirit forward.
She will always be loved. She will be sorely missed.
