Both mum and dad attended the Maryvale Centre, run by Birmingham Irish Association on a weekly basis, making good friends, enjoying many social activities with exceptional support from their staff and volunteers.
Birmingham Irish is the Midland's leading charity giving support and cultural services to the Irish Community. Providing opportunities for participants to take part in varied and stimulating activities, social interaction, and access to advice and personal support aimed at allieviating loneliness, social isolation, depression and dementia care.
