Carol sadly passed away at her home on Sunday, 3rd November, aged 77 years.
Beloved wife to Martin, loving and adored mum to Simon and Shantelle, dear nanny to Katherine (Katie) and George.
She will forever be in our hearts and thoughts.
The funeral service will take place at St Faiths Crematorium on Thursday, 21st November at 3.30 p.m.
Flowers welcome by 1 p.m. please or donations for Marie Curie may be made at the service or online
