Pauline passed away peacefully at Two Acres Care Home on Wednesday 4th February 2026 aged 84 Years, following a long history of Alzheimer's and Dementia.
The family would welcome flowers, or donations to our chosen charity supporting the Alzheimer's cause. We know that Pauline was not a fan of black, so please dress as you wish for the funeral, with colours welcome. Following the service guests are welcome to join us for a celebration of Pauline's life at The Black Swan, details below.
