Jacky passed away at home on Monday 4th March 2024 aged 75 years.
She will be greatly missed by all her loving family and friends.
Funeral service will be held on Tuesday 19th March 2024 in the Waterside Chapel, Westerleigh Crematorium at 2:45pm.
