Patricia (Pat) passed away peacefully at Woodland Court Care Home on 4th April, 2026 aged 86 Years.
Mum to Sue, Alan & Gary. Mother-in-law to Chris & Tara. Nan to Lee, Dean, Josh & Amy & Great Nanny to Chloe, Ava, Sofia, Willow & Mae.
She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Now with her beloved husband, Ron.
