Kath married her best friend, love and husband Barry on 14th November 1959.
She was a committed, loving Mother to Sue, Mother-in-Law to Hugh, Nanny to Aaron and Sarah and Nanny G to Hazel, and a much loved sister, sister-in-law and Auntie who loved all flowers.
Kath's life ended before we were ready and the time she spent in our lives was memorable, full of love, strength and dignity. Kath did not complain once, her biggest resilience throughout life.
Kath bravely passed away following a short period of ill health and frailty at home, her favourite place with Sue, Hugh, Aaron, Sarah and Hazel.
As her family, we want to honour her with a ceremony to commemorate her gentle, quiet and unassuming life.
The most important charity to Kath was McMillan, and as a memorable final farewell instead of flowers if you wish to consider making a small donation to Mcmillan, we would be eternally grateful in her memory.
