It is with great sadness that we announce that we lost Thomas Francis Hayes ("Tommy") on 4th July 2026, aged 56. A much-loved father, son, partner, brother, grandfather, stepfather, uncle and friend.

 
Tommy will be lovingly missed and forever cherished by his daughters, Robyn and Shauna; his beloved parents, Tommy and Phil; his soulmate, Tina; his brother-in-law and best friend, Adrian; his stepchildren, Lorraine, Natalie, Chris and Steven; Kayla; his brothers, Chris, Philip and Eddie; his sisters, Sharon and Izzy; his treasured grandchildren, Jacob, Adam and Fiadh, whom he shared with Vanessa, and all of the wonderful grandchildren he shared with Tina.
 
He was predeceased by his beloved sister-in-law, Christine, and his mother-in-law, Helen.
 
Known to most simply as Tommy, and affectionately as "Mr. Tom" to his much-loved Wood Road family, he was a true character. It feels as though he lived many lifetimes in his 56 years, touching the lives of so many people along the way. Everyone who met him is likely to have a cherished memory, a smile or a story to tell. He will be remembered with love by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
 
He will also be deeply missed by his many nieces and nephews, extended family, countless friends, and his much-loved Wood Road family, whose friendship and love meant so much to him.
 
Though our hearts are broken, we take comfort in the love, laughter and memories he leaves behind. Forever loved, forever missed and never forgotten.
