I first started working with Teresa who was fantastic . She was organised , prompt and just a pleasure to work with . Also, they had other staff who I unfortunately do not remember the names of who were all incredible, patient and just wonderful to work with. Credit to you all

From the very start everyone involved was caring, kind, respectful and accommodating. I cannot fault the service provided. Teresa was helpful and sensitive and made sure that that the funeral service for my mother was planned beautifully and efficiently. On the day of the funeral, the director and his team were polite and helpful and treated the family with great kindness. I felt that my mother was respected from the moment she entered their care to the point at which she left their care. The team went the extra mile, literally , to ensure that the funeral was dignified and everything went smoothly. Huge thanks to every single member of the team at James Crook.
