It is with deep sadness to announce that Patricia passed away on Monday 5th January, aged 88 years. Patricia will be greatly missed by her family, friends and all who knew her.
There will be a service held on Tuesday 3rd February at the Counties Crematorium at 11:30 to remember the fond memories shared with Patricia.
Donations, if desired and in memory of, can be made to Dementia UK.
