The organisation by Angela at Bonhams was excellent and we were kept informed at every stage .
Such friendly and caring staff and nothing was to much bother.
We used Bonhams as they have always had a very good reputation in the town and we very pleased with the personal service we received. We were also very impressed with the little other touches we received , it made the experience a lot more personal.

They all carried out any requests and my brothers funeral with the utmost compassion, respect and dignity.

However with dignity I feel let down and unfortunately found out the day before my uncle passed that the funeral plans had changed and the pricing had gone down by £2000 surprise surprise my uncle was not informed of this and I feel he’s been let down by dignity and they have taken his money knowing that the same plan was less!!! In future you should inform your customers of new plans to enable them to change this would be good practice and customer service!! I also feel he was mislead by dignity for not informing him of this change!! So clearly you can see I’m not happy and my uncle would of been furious knowing this and feel incredibly let down and ripped off! Times like these are hard enough without finding out something like this!!
