Our dearest mum and grandma Margaret died very peacefully at her home in Ilkley on 5th March with her beloved cat Sparky by her side. We're grateful that she's now at ease and for her long and much loved life of more than 90 years. Margaret was a wonderful mum to Nick and Paul, super grandma to Sam, precious sister to Joan, ever special aunt to Carole and loving mother-in-law to Karen. And the perfect soulmate to late husband John over more than 70 years of marriage. A passionate golfer and traveller of the world with John, Margaret lived and experienced life to the full, loved her family dearly and stayed true to herself through the many challenges of old age where her sparkle never faded. She touched many lives, made a lasting impression and will be remembered by everyone who knew her with deep love and affection.
