Reviews of our services
Thanks you for your help!
The worry of organisation and the service going as planned was taken away.
Many of the concerns and worries we had were efficiently dealt with and everything went very smoothly on the day of the funeral.
Many thanks to Chris and all the staff in Ilkley
Mark Anthony Nuttall
I am pleased that you were so well looked after by our team and that we were able to provide you with the support and guidance needed.
Sometimes not easy to contact the same person.
There were 2 minor problems: The food at the wake at The Wheatley in Ben Rhydding was served 2 hours after our arrival, and I received no apology from The Wheatley or explanation - I was invited to contact them instead despite my mentioning the problem to Eatons; and 2. I never found out how much money was collected for charity at the church.
But thank you for your kind approach.
With regard to your further comments, please be advised that I have advised the local Area Manager who will be touch with you in due course to discuss them further.
Clear and concise help and instruction.
Friendly Chef D'Honneur, Richard, reinforced the congregation in sustenance against their grief.
