Kath passed away peacefully on Thursday, 5th March, aged 81 years.
Devoted wife of the late Barry, and a loving mum and nanny, who will always hold a special place in our hearts.
The funeral service will take place at St Faiths Crematorium on Wednesday, 8th April at 11 a.m.
Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, for Dementia UK may be made online.
