Mr Gary Simpson of Beverley East Riding of Yorkshire sadly passed away at home in Bradford on Saturday 5th October aged 82.
Gary was born in Beverley East Riding of Yorkshire on the 23rd October 1941. He moved to Bradford and remained there for the remainder of his life.
Gary worked at the Bradford library from 1985 till 1995 transcribing the printed words into braille.
His hobbies were travelling on buses, Amazon shopping, Computers, Cricket and Women’s football.
Gary is leaving behind, his partner Elizabeth, brothers and sister Pam, Raymond and Ian, Sister in law June, Nieces Julie and Elizabeth, Nephews Paul and Darren, Stepdaughters Cindy, Daphne and Linda, Stepson Jeffrey, ten Grandchildren, Best friend Richard and friend Darren. Gary was also a dear friend to many and will sadly be missed by all.
Gary's funeral service will take place on Wednesday 16th October Scholemoor Crematorium at 14:00pm.
Family flowers only please, Donations in the memory of Gary would be much appreciated, with all monies going to Yorkshire Air Ambulance. A Donations box will be left at the back of the Chapel on the day of the service for this purpose.
