Jane passed peacefully at Ellacombe Residential Care Home on 5th December aged, 78 years.
Beloved mother to Paula, Sue and Heather. Much loved Grandmother to Jamie, Jack, Josh, Lewis, Amy and Tom and GG Nanny to Evelyn and Grace.
She will be dearly missed.
The funeral service will be held at St Faiths Crematorium on Friday 3rd January at 1.30pm.
