Mike sadly passed away Thursday, 5th December, aged 67 years.
Beloved and loving husband of Angie, and loving dad of Paul, Emma and Mark.
The funeral service will take place at St Faiths Crematorium on Wednesday, 8th January at 11.30 a.m.
Black clothing is not mandatory.
Family flowers only please but donations, if desired, for Prostate Cancer UK may be made at the service or online.
