Ian Collins passed away peacefully at home, with his family, on the 6th April 2026 aged 60 years.
Following the funeral, a celebration of life will be held at the Stourbridge Football Club DY8 4HN.
Family flowers only please but donations, if desired, to Georgina Ward at Russell's Hall Hospital.
