Couldn’t fault Jennings.
We used the Wombourne branch.
They were patient, respectful, present and keen for us to have the best experience after our loss.
They had everything covered, they explained the process well and were forward thinking.
The process was completely customer led.
The celebrant they arranged for us at our request was excellent and keen to get the service right. Comments from those that attended said they thought the service was a fitting send off.
The crew on the day were also very respectful. They were patient and went at our pace. They did both us and themselves proud.
Can’t thank them all enough for making the whole process as seamless as possible.
Would definitely recommend.
Thank you all.

I still have not received my father's ashes as Dignity has changed their mind about refunds, awful experience. My father is basically being held to ransom. Jennings are fantastic, but not Dignity

We cannot thank the Wimborne branch enough for the kindness, empathy, and professionalism they showed our family. During one of the hardest moments of our lives, they handled everything with grace and dignity, ensuring that every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Nothing ever felt rushed, and all our questions were answered with patience and understanding. Their support made a profound difference, and we would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of compassionate and trustworthy care.
