Patrick sadly passed away on the 6th June 2025 at Southmead Hospital, aged 81 years.
He will be loved and remembered always by his loving family and greatly missed by all that knew him.
Patrick's funeral service will be held on Wednesday 9th July 2025 at St Augustine of Canterbury, Downend at 10.30am. The committal will follow at Westerleigh Crematorium in the Waterside Chapel.
