Our darling mum, sister, grandmother and friend has joined Andrew in the afterlife. Her health had detiorated this year but in the end it was sepsis from a small cut that took her.  She died peacefully in Calderdal Royal Hospital on the 6th of August at around 9:30am with Jason by her side and Emily arrived shortly after.

One could say she lived a few life times in her time.  Living in 5 different countries and too many houses to count.  

Her love of horses brought her to the highest levels of the sport.  Rubbing shoulders with the England team and watching from the sides in glamorous settings.  Which we all know she loved!  

5 years ago she got Meg.  A wonderful labradoodle who has since born at least 14 puppies who are scattered around the country.  But many of whom remain in Norwood Green where mum lived the last 9 years.  

She was a mother of 3 who doted on her children and felt their pain as her own.  Losing Andrew in 2017 was devastating blow to her life, but she picked herself up and carried on being the best mother she could be to Emily and Jason.

She was a grandmother for 8 years to Sofia and Lara, whom she adored as her own children.  To Sofia she was Danny and to Lara she was Gigi.  Names they both made up for her which made her so happy.   

Shortly after a magical holiday in Morrocco in Febuary this year her health started to deteriorate.  During these months Emily, Jason and her daughter in law, Fra, fought tooth and nail in the hopes of seeing her recover.  Friends and family visited and had many hours of conversations with her and about her.  She felt all the love and care that she deserved right to the very last day.
