Our dear mum/nan Pat sadly passed away peacefully at home on Sunday 6th September. She was loved by many and had a cheeky smile. She lived a long and happy life and loved her family dearly. She is now reunited with the love of her life our dad/grandad Fred and her eldest daughter Sandra.
Mum's charity donations would be much appreciated for either Dementia UK, (please see the link below) or to St. Christopher's Hospice at St Christohpher's
