The entire staff at the Orpington branch were all such lovely, helpful people. My Mother-in-Law, Eileen Clark, passed away and as she had a care plan my wife & I made an appointment to see Zelia. We were very grateful for the help and guidance she gave us, including help with arranging a Celebrant, who, along with Zelia and all at Orpington ensured the day went as well as could have been hoped. Constant updates by telephone, even afterwards, with a care call the day after to make sure my wife was OK.
Your hard work, care and attention was much appreciated.

I can’t recommend Francis Chappell at Orpington highly enough. Zelia’s compassion, knowledge and attention to detail was exceptional. My mother’s funeral was dignified and exactly as she would have wished for. Thank you from the Waterman and Marshall families.

Francis Chappell were everything you need them to be at such a difficult time: Caring, respectful, efficient, professional and thorough. Not that it’s a company you want to be using too often but I would highly recommend them to anyone presented with the problem of which funeral directors to chose.
