Sadly passed away at Velindre Hospital on 7th June 2024, aged 61 years.
Loving Mother to Sarah, Rebecca and Liam.
Cherished Nan to Jack, Tyler, Mckenzie, Lacey, Amelia, Harley, Alfie and Koby.
Loving and devoted Partner to Greg.
Tracey will be deeply missed by all her friends and family.
Currently resting at D Caesar Jones Funeral Directors, 55 Pantbach Road, Rhiwbina CF14 1TW, until the funeral service which is to be held at 16:30 in Wenallt Chapel, Thornhill Crematorium on Monday 1st July 2024.
