Reviews of our services
Tracey was first class, nothing was too much trouble.
They made what was the most difficult time in our lives so much easier with all their assistance and although we as a family chose everything there support and assistance was invaluable.
A special thank you to Gemma who truly helped both myself and my daughter through the painful process, along with Russel who also guided us so well through our mums burial.
I highly recommend them as a company.
Beverly went above and beyond to help in everyway she could .. Thankyou
On the latest funeral of my mother, I can only say I was treated with the utmost curtesy and feeling.
I was kept up to date with everything and the funeral was perfect.
I would like to thank all at D Caesar Jones in Rhiwbina for their totally professional and personal care.
The funeral Director and staff on the day of the funeral were very presentable friendly and most accommodating.
The nominated Celebrant engaged was very professional and provided a very pleasant eulogy and satisfactory service.
On a negative note, some parts of the premises could benefit from a bit of updating and makeover in particular the outbuildings.
The gentleman who organised the day walked us through everything the day before and was there with us on the day.
We were provided with a memory box and were encouraged to take a flower and decoration from the wreaths. We were also given a photo of my mother in a frame that they provided to stand on the coffin during the service which was such a lovely touch that we were not expecting.
D. Caesar Jones enabled us to give my mother the send of she deserved.
